Staff Management- Includes hiring, training, scheduling, managing, and creating an ongoing enrichment series for promotional staffĬontest/Promotion/Sponsorship Management- maintain a system to keep track of and traffic all contests, promotions, programming features, and events for the stationĬontest Administration – maintain all on-air, digital, text, and on-site contests including contest rules, prize fulfillment, on-air mentions, electronic station inventory, and records of winnersĬustomer Service – respond to listener calls/emails, research questions and follow-up with answers, and handle all station problems or concernsĪccounts Payable- Coordinate with business department for all invoices, purchase orders, and talent payments for marketing department.
